♦ Having EADD is like racing to a meeting with a flat tire. You know somewhere deep down that you should stop and fix it so you can get to the meeting after that, but your sense of urgency overcomes that thought.
Recognize yourself yet?
♦Having EADD is like putting out 1,000 different samples at a grocery store instead of just one or two. There is such a thing as too much of a good thing: no one would know where to start.

♦ Having EADD is like going to an amusement park with all of your favorite rides. You don't know which ride to go on first, so you stand in the middle of the park and get angry with yourself because you can't decide. You get in one line, then get distracted by another ride that looks like it has a shorter line. You leave that line because you see another ride that looks like more fun. At some point you get hungry, so you go get some food, but the food isn't all that great because you're mad at yourself for not having go on on any rides yet. You finally make a decision to go on a ride, get on one, have a great time, and then you're told that the park is closing. You're frustrated because once you got started, you had a great time and you were ready to go for more.
When you have EADD, it's the ability to focus enough to get started that is the hardest. That's where EADD coaching comes to your rescue.
